In general sense, air conditioning refers to any form of cooling, heating, ventilation or disinfection, which changes the condition of air. But more commonly, the word air conditioning is used for cooling and removing moisture from indoor air. The window towers had windows and these were made to catch the wind and the internal vanes were made to direct the airflow down into the building. The British are the ones who had invented the most modern machine.
